Dubai, United Arab Emirates state unit, one of the largest producer of petroleum in this world is a country that has big ambitions to become a cosmopolitan or a city of the world. The city is dominated city street like big cities in the United States. No one traveling by bike in there because the distance from a public facility to other public facilities so far. A building usually has to provide public facilities so that the users no longer need outside the building, or drive if you want to look for other things. However, large-scale construction has placed Dubai as one of the fastest growing cities in the world.

1. The Emirates Towers

Emirates Towers complex consists of the Emirates Office Tower and Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. The towers, each 355 meters high (1.163 ft) and (1.014 ft), stands as the tallest building in the world to the 12th and 29th. Two towers connected by two-level shopping complex area of 9.000 m² (96.875 ft ²) which was called "The Boulevard". Emirates Towers complex is located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the symbol of the city of Dubai. The uniqueness of the design is that the tower has the same number of levels, high office tower has 54 levels, while the hotel tower has 56 floors. This is because high-level office tower is larger than the hotel. Emirates Towers complex consists of almost 570.000 m² (42 acres) garden, with lakes, waterfalls and park benches. There is parking for 1800 cars.

2. The Dubai marina

Dubai Marina is a district in the latter area is referred to as 'new Dubai', in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area that manages Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and the American University in Dubai. Upon completion, this marina is claimed to be the largest man-made marina in the world. Meanwhile, the largest man-made marina in the world is Marina del Rey in Los Angeles County, California, United States.

3. Business Bay

Business Bay is a central business district under construction in Downtown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project features numerous skyscrapers located in an area where the Dubai Creek has been dredged and extended. Business Bay will consist of 230 buildings, attracting commercial and residential developments. Business Bay is a development by Dubai Properties. Business Bay extends from Ras Al Khor to Sheikh Zayed Road. The project is proposed for international trade as an end of development on Sheikh Zayed Road with perkantorannya tower which houses international firms and financial institutions of the Dubai International Financial Center. International hotels such as the Emirates Towers and Shangri-La is also founded on Sheikh Zayed Road. Creek side, Business Bay is located in the Dubai Festival Center and close to Dubai International Airport. The first building was completed in 2007 with the last building in 2010.

4. Mall of Arabia

Mall of Arabia will become a giant shopping center built as part of the City of Arabia in Dubailand theme parks in Dubai. Has been announced by the Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group and the mall will include convenience and entertainment facilities, a theater, and the exterior features the ancient Middle East. First phase has a width of Gross Leasable Area 4 million ft ², however, if all phases have been completed, the result is the Gross Leasable Area covering 10 million sq ft, the largest mall in the world. The building has retail and two floors of entertainment, hotels and some comfort facilities. There will be a parking lot for cars at 10.400 first phase. In August 2005, Starbucks Coffee Co.. in Seattle, Washington announced that the largest Starbucks cafe in the world will be built in the middle of the mall, indicating a long history of the Middle East with a coffee and a business partnership between Starbucks and the Dubai market is being developed. This mall will compete with the Dubai Mall, which is expected to become the largest shopping center in the world when completed before the Mall of Arabia.

Burj al-Arab

Burj al-Arab is a luxury hotel located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Building the Burj al-Arab, designed by Tom Wright, reaches a height of 321 meters and is the tallest building is fully used as a hotel. This building stood on an artificial island located 280 m offshore in the Persian Gulf. Burj al-Arab is owned by Jumeirah. The hotel is often referred to as seven-star hotel. This is considered a hyperbole by the people in the field of tourism. This is also seen as a way to "beat" the other hotels who called the six-star hotel. Unfortunately, almost all the hotel rating system in the world has a limit of five stars. According to the official site Burj al-Arab, the hotel is there a "five-star hotel deluks".

Hydropolis

Hydropolis Underwater Hotel and Resort is a planned hotel which will be the resort's first luxury underwater in the world. Located 66 feet below the surface of the Persian Gulf, off the coast of Jumeira in Dubai. Divided into three sections: the land station, where guests welcome; connecting tunnel, which will transport guests to use the train to the main area of hotels and 220 suites in the complex was under the sea. The extent will reach 260 hectares, an area of Hyde Park in London, and worth £ 300 million. The hotel is considered a 10-star hotel. Hotel is scheduled to open in 2007. However, in February 2008, Hydropolis launch postponed, due to cost and impact of the project on marine life, this project has suffered major delays, and scheduled to open in 2009. The hotel, along with other sister projects, is being developed by Crescent Hydropolis Holdings LLC, a firm formed specifically for the construction. The designer is Joachim Hauser.

The World Dubai

The World is a collection of 300 man-made islands shaped world map currently being built off the coast of Dubai. United Arab Emirates. The World meruakan one of a variety of artificial island projects in Dubai, along with the Palm Islands, and like the other islands The World is built primarily using sand dredged from the seabed. The World is the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's leaders. Each island size from 23.000 m² up to 84.000 m² (250000-900000 square feet or 5.7-21 acres), with a distance of 50-100 m of water between each island. This development will cover an area of 9 km in length and 6 km wide, surrounded by an oval breakwater. Inter-island transport is only by boat and helicopter. The price for each island ranging from $ 15-45 million (USD). The average price for a settlement will be approximately $ 25 million (USD). Dredging began in 2004 and in March 2007, The World is complete around 90%. According to the National Geographic Channel (MegaStructures), The World all worth $ 14 billion U.S. Dollars. The islands are owned and being constructed by Nakheel Properties (Nakheel Corp.). It is located 4.1 km off the coast of Jumeirah, close to the Palm Jumeirah, between Burj Al Arab and Port Rashid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The World sometimes incorrectly translated as The Palm World and Globe Islands.

Dubailand

Dubailand, Tatweer is part of (which is owned by Dubai Holding), is an amusement park complex under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of Dubailand has been divided into four phases. The first phase of development expected to be completed between 2006 and 2010. Some attractions in Dubailand can operate as Dubai Autodrome, The Global Village and Al Sahra Desert Resort. Located in eco-tourism section of Dubailand, Al Sahra Desert Resort (Official opening: November 2006) is home to the first permanent outdoor show Dubai - 'Jumana - Secret of the Desert, a show which tells the history and Arab culture, the theme of Persian origin , Maghred, the Levant, the Gulf region, Oman and Yemen are mixed into a fantasy story. Performed on an open amphitheater, this event shows a variety of theatrical techniques such as sound effects, lasers and water, pyrotechnics and fireworks; 60 dancers and acrobats, camels and horses, including Omar Sharif as the narrator's voice. Al Sahra also offers a souk (Arab market) of traditional handicrafts and various attractions such as camel track, riding horses and mules that can be enjoyed in the desert.

The Palm Islands

The Palm Islands are artificial islands in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where commercial and residential infrastructure will be built. The islands are the largest land reclamation project in the world and formed the largest artificial islands in the world. They are being constructed by Nakheel Properties, a property developer in the United Arab Emirates, who hired the Dutch dredging contractor Van Oord, one of the well-known experts in land reclamation. The islands are The Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali and Palm Deira. The islands are created by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is aimed to enhance tourism in Dubai. Each island will be shaped like palm trees, topped with a crescent, and will have a large number of residential, leisure and entertainment centers. The Palm Islands are located off the coast of United Arab Emirates in the Persian Gulf and will add 250 km of beaches to the city of Dubai. The first two islands will comprise approximately 100 million cubic meters of rock and sand. Palm Deira about 1 billion cubic meters of rock and sand. All materials come from the UAE. In the three islands there will be more than 100 luxury hotels, exclusive villas and beach apartments, marinas, water theme parks, restaurants, shopping malls, sports facilities and health spas. On September 12, 2007, Burj Dubai's height made it past the CN Tower as a structure-free (without support) the highest in the world and on 7 April 2008 the world's tallest structure of the KVLY-TV Tower is located in Blanchard, North Dakota, United States successfully passed . Tallest structure ever built by humans, Warsaw Radio Tower 645.4 m (2120 ft) was made in 1974 (but collapsed during renovation in 1991) managed to pass on 1 September 2008.
